The Studio Manager 10 Demo is up and available on the Demo tab above at the far right. If you have any problems, questions at all, please let me know. You will find good help in the ReadMe document that is included in the demo folder that you download and unzip. Things like what’s the user name and password are included there.

It will take some time to update all the screenshots here on our site and also in the Demo Manual and Getting Started Manuals. Probably mid-January. Sorry, but we can’t start them until the product is done and these are serious and hopefully very good manuals. We trust that the Studio Manager 9.2 versions of the manuals will tide you over. And, if you find something confusing, don’t hesitate to call or email me personally.

One more thing, if you put Studio Manager or SM in the subject line, it turns red for me in Apple Mail and makes it easier for me to see your request.

We’ve started building a really cool online site for Studio Manager documentation. We’ve already started three manuals for (1) Getting Started, (2) Customization and (3) the full User Manual. Anyone can access Getting Started without registration. You will need to be a customer to see the other two manuals. Customers, please email Janet or Sally to get a user account for you and your staff. Go take a peek!

Why would you want online documentation, pray tell? No waiting for new manuals. You get up to the minute information. Worry no more. Where did I put that manual?

Content is tagged so you can search and find what you want faster than with traditional manuals. There are more screenshots with better annotation with circles, rectangles, arrows and numbered steps.

It is super easy for us to add content so we add more documentation and cover more of your questions. Of course you can call or email us for help, but you can also leave your comments. And, you can print out or download bite-sized PDFs of lessons as needed.

Our new Studio Manager documentation site has tons of screenshots and illustrated step-by-step instructions. We base our online documentation on a great new Mac (and PC) rapid documentation tool called Screen Steps.

Documentation is an important part of the Studio Manager experience. Yes. We already include online help inside of Studio Manager. It is editable by you. Yes. We already have a well-written user manual. We believe our new screen steps live documentation environment will take you higher.
