Studio Manager 9 Receivables
We recommend that you track your receivables in Studio Manager. Everything you need is here with very little extra effort. All you need to do is:
Enter a date paid when you get a client payment.
Invoice Payment Screen
If they make a partial payment on an invoice, add the amount paid. That’s it.
Any number of payments per invoice can be tracked.
Aging and More. We have both regular receivables reports displaying a list of outstanding invoices and an Accounts Receivable Aging report that gives you information that helps you predict and control your cash flow.
