Studio Manager Receivables
We recommend that you track your receivables in the Invoices module of Studio Manager. Everything you need is here with very little extra effort. All you need to do is:
Enter a date paid when you get a client payment.
If they make a partial payment on an invoice, add the amount paid. That’s it.

Any number of payments per invoice can be tracked.
Aging and More. We have both regular receivables reports displaying a list of outstanding invoices and an Accounts Receivable Aging report that gives you information that helps you predict and control your cash flow.

Hi Janet ~ I would like to add some new tables of my own design to Studio Manager. How can I access the “Manage Database” function. Thanks.
